What is Sugar Mill Screen?
Our sugar screen mainly has the following three types:
Type
l Rotary drum screen
l Continuous Centrifuge Screens
l DSM screen (sieve bend screen)
Continuous Centrifuge Screens: The core part of the centrifuge deals with all white sugar and raw syrup in the sugar industry.
Ensure the rapid separation of sugar crystals in molasses, crystals can flow smoothly on the screen surface without breaking.
Rotary drum screen: It's also called a rotary juice screen and trommel screens. The core part of rotary vacuum filter, its function is dewatering, solid-liquid separation. It is used for solid-liquid separation of juice in clarifier.
l Material: Heave stainless steel 304 or 316.
l Slot: 200 - 2000 microns
l Diameter: 0.8 m - 3 m
l Length: 1 m - 9 m
We usually use wedge wire with tilt angle to make rotary juice screen, which will produce a cutting force on the material and improve the screening efficiency.
DSM Screen: The screening capacity of the DSM sugar screen has been recognized. Compared with the flat screen, the sieve bend screen has more advantages in screening capacity.
l Material: stainless steel 304 or 316.
l Slot: 200 - 2000 microns
l Width: 0.5 m - 3 m
